Did Google Steal My Money?

As I reported last week, Google suspended my Adsense account without warning and without reason. I wrote a detailed account here.
As I stated in that story, I did appeal to Google. I told them I hadn't clicked on my own site ads and that I had basically been marketing the sites. All of a sudden, Google reinstated my account. Phew I thought.....
But guess what, Google took the $62 in the account as a 'fine' for invalid clicks. Now lets make a few things clear..
1. I have never clicked on Google ads on my site - hell, why would I, I only made $62 in 5-years of using Adsense ads on my sites!
2. Google had free advertising on my sites over all that time - so are they saying all the clicks over a 5-year period were invalid?
3. As soon as I pay attention and drive some traffic to my sites and actually start to get some clicks I am accused without presentation of any evidence of invalid clicking...
Google is a company in trouble needing to bolster its financial results and it's easy to take money from small account holders to do it.
Think about it. There must be hundreds of thousands of accounts just like mine that have been around for ages and generated just a little income. $62 times hundreds of thousands is a lot of money and would help Google out considerably at a time when the market is looking at them hard. And who cares if Google just takes the money? You all think I clicked on my own ads anyway even though that doesn't make any sense if you think about it...
No one will rock the boat because the are all scared of Google pulling their accounts!
